Lettering Art Love

Several months ago, one of my Instagram BFF's used this elegant font on one of her wedding cards and I instantly fell in love!  I immediately commented and begged for the font name and Christine graciously divulged her font secret.  That font was the extremely elegant Cantoni from Debi Sementelli.

I took to Google, did a search, checked out her MyFonts site, her Etsy site and found her email...are you seeing a pattern here?  I feel like a crafting stalker!  After doing my super sleuthing, I emailed Debi imploring her...ok fine, I BEGGED to see if I could use her font for some of my rubber stamps.  Right there in the middle of a conference, she emailed me back and much to amazement she said YES!   Woo hoo!  I know it sounds silly, but there are some fonts out there that I can't use so this was so wonderful to hear.

Needless to say, I immediately started designing stamps and sent them off to the stamp fairies.  As soon as they came in, I emailed pictures of cards I made to Debi so she can see her stunning font used in a different media.  Besides, I was totally in love with them and wanted to show off!  Shocking, I know!

So imagine my utter surprise when I saw a nifty blog post by Debi featuring the very cards I showed off to her!  :)   Talk about a Happy Dance all the way up to Cloud Nine!

Can you guess which of the stamps I used her font in?

Those are just a few of the fun pretties.  Realistically, if you see a fun swirly font being used, it is probably Debi's!

Thank you again, Debi for letting me use your stunning font for some of our stamps!  I greatly appreciate it!!!!

Until next time,
Happy Stamping!
