HAPPINESS IS... HIRING A HITMAN

Hello everyone, Martha Lucia here to share with you a fun card that I made using our theme of the month Happiness is and the new Hiring a Hitman stamp. My card is not a plain card, you have to slide to see all of it...

Slide?
Yes, slide! This is a slider card with a secret message that you will discover here.

Making this card is very easy:
  • I only stamped the Dirty Mound stamp on the bottom part using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
  • Then I cut a piece of card stock with the size of my sentiments or size of the slider part and I pasted some dimensionals just where I want to stop the slider part.
  • I secured this part using a metallic brad.
  • To cover the dimensionals I made a banner with old olive card stock and a piece of English Garden designer series paper using a thinlit included in the collection Mini Treat Bag by Stampin Up.

  • After this, I  stamped the sentiments, Happiness is for the front and Hiring a hitman for the inside using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
  • I colored the Dirty Mound image using Prismacolor pencils and sansodor.

  • To finalize the project, I pasted the decorated layer over a Cajun Craze card base.
