Playing with Reinkers

If you missed it, yesterday we released our new Summer Solstice Reinkers for our Ink Bites.  The reinkers are great for juicing up your favorite So Suzy Ink Bites, but the fun doesn't have to stop there.  I made a few fun cards using the reinkers over the weekend and had an absolute ball.

For this card I used the Polished Stone Technique.  It's an older technique, but I love the backgrounds you can do and sometimes bringing back some old school techniques can feel fabulous!
  • I grabbed a cotton ball and daubed some Rubbing Alcohol on it
  • Dabbed 2 drops of Totally Turtle reinker and 1 drop of Bumblebee Breeze onto the cotton ball
  • Then I simply randomly dabbed it onto Glossy White Cardstock until I got the "polished stone" look
For the card itself, I used the following stamps:
I will be posting more cards using the Summer Solstice Inks and Reinkers in our Facebook Group so be sure and head on over and check them out!

Don't forget that we have a few contests going on right now too!  You can get all of the details on our launch post from yesterday so be sure and check it out!

Until next time,
Happy Stamping!
